How to book an appointment
You have several options for booking an appointment at our facility.
On-line booking
The most transparent way to select a suitable date is our online booking system. Here you can choose:
1) Practice - we have two, one in Prague 5 - Jinonice and one in Prague 9 - Vysočany.
2) The therapist you choose from the drop-down list. If you leave the option "Anyone available", you prefer to choose the dates and can have different therapists during your treatment process.
3) The next step is to select the right therapy. If you will be attending on the recommendation of the doctor who wrote your FT voucher, select that category. For your first visit, select the "FT Voucher - Initial Examination" option. Next, select 5 additional appointments for "FT Voucher - Physiotherapy".
4) As a self-payer, for your first visit, select the option "Initial examination" in the Physiotherapy category. You can consult a physiotherapist on site for further advice.
5) In the calendar you will then clearly see the available days and possible starts of your therapy.
6) You select the date, as a self-payer also the method of payment (online / cash / from the season ticket) and confirm.
7) We will then confirm your reservation. You will receive a notification e-mail.
Book multiple appointments , so that you can be sure that no one will fill your follow-up appointments. Choose a frequency of 1x-2x/week. After your first visit to the physiotherapist, you will confirm or adjust your chosen frequency based on the initial examination. It is always easier to delete appointments than to search the full schedule of spaces.
By phone
If the online ordering system is not your cup of tea, you can also order by phone. However, please understand that we are attending to patients during office hours and if we do not answer the phone, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

By e-mail
You can also order by e-mail. Please include your name and time preference, and include a photo of your FT voucher if you have one. If you provide a phone number, we can also fine-tune the dates over the phone.
