Initial examination
(70 minutes)

This is an initial examination by a physiotherapist - it includes taking a medical history and a comprehensive kinesiological analysis. As a result, the main problem is identified, goals are set and follow-up therapy is planned. A longer period of time is set aside so that at least one individually set exercise can be completed even in the first therapy session.

Individual physiotherapy exercise for 55 minutes, following the initial musculoskeletal examination, during which the physiotherapist will focus only on you.

Individual physiotherapy (25 minut)

Individual physiotherapy exercise for 25 minutes, following the initial musculoskeletal examination, during which the physiotherapist will focus only on you.

Screening examination for children 3-18 years old (25 min)

Preventive examination of the child by a physiotherapist. Assessment of the correct function of the musculoskeletal system. The result is a recommendation of specific exercises or further visits to a physiotherapist or doctor.

Kinesiotaping is a suitable method for optimising muscle work, supporting joints, relieving pain and improving blood and lymphatic drainage.

Possibility to come only for kinesiotape without accompanying therapy. The physiotherapist will examine you for the appropriate application of the tape and then apply it.

Massage by appointment with the therapist. It is advisable to choose this option, e.g. for neck massage.
